Hand-Held Screw Driver - Hand-Held, Self-Fed Screw Driver with air motor or electric motor. Stand alone unit comes complete with screw feeder, feed hose, screw chuck and motor. Operator presses the driver to actuate the motor and drive the screw. When the driver is removed from the work piece, the feeder will feed a screw to the chuck and the process can begin again.
The feeder is an oscillating centerboard hopper feeder with inline chute rails and horizontal positive-motion vibratory track to insure proper feeding to the escapement. An electric motor with belt drive and slip clutch features shall actuate the centerboard hopper blade assembly. Basket capacity of each centerboard feeder is approximately 960 screws. General screw diameter range - M2 - M8. Max length 50mm.
