Single-Spindle Screw Driver - FM513V-Z-01-E KX Single-spindle automatic screw driving unit with linear slide operation and vacuum suction driver bit operation. The vacuum suction feature allows the fastener to be retained in the screw guide during driver stroke descent without chuck body advancement.

Torque Range: 0.29 - 3.92 Nm
Maximum chuck stroke is 100mm (3.94").
Servo Z-axis with controller and teach pendant. Allows precise control of drive position and thrust of the screw driving function in the Z-axis.
Includes:
FF503H-S - Feeder with single blow feed escapement. The feeder is an oscillating centerboard hopper feeder with inline chute rails and horizontal positive-motion vibratory track to insure proper feeding to the escapement. An electric motor with belt drive and slip clutch features shall actuate the centerboard hopper blade assembly. Basket capacity of each centerboard feeder is approximately 0.45mL.
General screw diameter range - M2 - M5. Max length 25mm.
